 The patch has merit but does not really mitigate the original report, not
 without also including the emblem on the info line.

 This patch is also MSN specific and so does nothing for emblems appearing
 for buddies on any other protocol, whereas an emblem tooltip would.

 Given our current tooltip code I'm not sure that it is possible to have
 emblem specific tooltips (and our tooltip code is complicated enough that
 I can't quickly tell by looking at it).

 I am in no way indicating that I think this patch isn't a good idea (I
 do), just that it doesn't solve the original problem.
