 According to that, what could be done, apart from the patch is:
 - Do a similar patch for all protocols that use emblems.
 - Add emblem icon to tooltip, just like status, protocol, and buddy icon
 are already shown.

 The only problem for user is that, inside tooltip, emblem icon won't
 appear exactly beside the emblem description, but this currently happens
 for status icon vs status text. Images inside tooltip are currently in
 quite fixed locations.
