 # When a client receives a request for events from another entity, it
 should cache the most recent ID.

 # The CDATA of the <id/> element MUST be the same as the value of the 'id'
 attribute of the notification request.

 Currently, this is not the case and if strict checking is applied by the
 recipient the 'composing' message is dropped as the ID field is different
 for every message.
