Comment:

 this is not an issue with skype plugin. this is issue with pidgin. it
 shows error minidialog if it cannot connect to any account (not just
 skype) and by closing that dialog with 'x' button, pidgin disable that
 account, that is wrong beahviour! if I ignore that dialog, it will keep
 trying to connect. the same should happen even if I close that minidialog.
