Comment:

 Please follow [wiki:TipsForBugReports the instructions] to get a debug log
 and attach it to this ticket.[[BR]]You don't have to actually disable the
 monitor - you can hit Alt+Space and then "M" to switch the window into
 move mode and then use the cursor keys to start the window moving (you can
 then move it with the mouse).

 This must be caused by something changing in the way that monitor
 geography works in Windows 7.  I have no way of testing or debugging this
 because I have no intention of accessing a Windows 7 box in the
 foreseeable future, but if you provide a debug log, I'll take a look at
 it.
