Comment:

 Wiki also say that 64bit systems must install 64 and 32 bit versions of
 Bonjour, that's not possible as 32bit Bonjour exits with an error and a
 URL to download the 64bit version.

 Firewall setup mDNSResponder.exe and pidgin.exe as exceptions, so any port
 they open should bypass firewall. Anyway I setup the UDP ports, 5298 and
 5353, in new rules: Still no fun.

 The 0 sets on is own when I cleared the field, intuitively thinking will
 reset to default 5298 when cleared, but get a 0 instead after revisiting.
 This lead to create a new Bonjour account to get the default port from
 there.

 Will test without firewall on 2 XP 32bits and report back soon.
 Will also test Bonjour uninstall - reset - install - reset, as the upgrade
 may was unsuccessful.

 Is there another diagnostic tool for mDNS?
