 I have symbian phone with Mobile Agent version 1.67 installed on it. You
 can download this program from this page http://agent.mail.ru/ru/#4

 This is Russian messaging program that have self-developed protocol and
 supports ICQ protocol too. It was developed for much operating systems but
 I have tested for symbian phone only. I guess it will not work with
 versions for other operating systems too. But Pidgin version before 2.7.0
 worked normally with sending and receiving messages from Mobile Mail.Ru
