Comment:

 Strange issue applied with Nokia E51. Just I tested on another mobile
 (Nokia N79) and saw that all work ok. Then I changed encoding in Mobile
 Mail.Ru Agent from UTF-8 to Unicode ( I didn't understand why it's differ)
 and it worked. After change encoding it is to receive and send messages. I
 will research this issue and will send patches to you if it will.
