 I wholeheartedly second you here. I have tried 3 dozens IM/XMPP/SIP
 clients, and still cannot find one acceptable solution. As many, my
 organization uses MS Outlook for e-mail/calendar/contact management and we
 would all jump at the opportunity to conduct IM discussions directly into
 Outlook, no fussing around with separate pop-up windows and address books.
