 I'm right clicking on the name in my contact list, and going initiate
 chat. I never get a dialog for my "handle", and neither does the user I'm
 inviting. The user I'm inviting gets a dialog with Accept or Cancel. If
 I'm in a chat, and I drag-and-drop a user, I don't get a dialog to re-
 handle, and he still doesn't get a dialog prompting him for a handle.
