#13800: I have to reactive my accounts cuz of "Waiting for network connection"

 Everytime I start Pidgin it just shows me the message "Waiting for network
 connection" and to be able to login to my Jabber and msnp account I have
 to inactivate and active the accounts again.

 Its kinda anoying.
