Comment:

 Well, being updated and being updated "correctly" are two completely
 different things. Let's start with duplicates if you want to. Obviously
 that means that the list is never being updated when the user quits/drops
 connection/whatever it takes to get them to leave the room. So when they
 (or someone using their nick) rejoins the room, it shows as a duplicate.

 Here's a list, if that's easier for you to understand.

 1) The only time it's updated ("correctly") is when a user joins the room.
 It adds that person's username to the list.

 2) It does not update when a person leaves the room by any means.

 3) It does not update when a person is opped/deopped or any other mode is
 set on them.

 4) It does not update the rest of the list when the user joins a room.
 Every other name stays the same, it simply adds their name to the growing
 list, even if it's been there before.

 The singular only time the userlist is ever correct is when I restart
 Pidgin and first join the room.

 I have one room on autojoin, can close window to stay in room, but it does
 this on every room.
