 "Excuse me, but" ... your list updates, is what you're saying.  :-P  This
 is a duplicate of #14351.  The list should work fine until you're
 disconnected for the first time, after which it behaves incorrectly in
 unpredictable ways, but always with old entries remaining around
 indefinitely.

 This will be fixed when 2.10.0 is released.  If you want to apply the
 patch on #14351, it will fix your problem in the meantime.

 I am closing this bug again, because it is duplicate.  If you still have
 user list problems after applying the patch on #14351, or after 2.10.0, we
 can talk about it then.
