#14247: Buddy List does not save changes between sessions

 When I log in to my IM accounts (Google and Facebook), Pidgin pulls all
 the groups I have setup in Facebook (Friends, Colleagues, Family etc) to
 populate the list.

 However, as I want only 1 "Facebook" list I have moved all the contacts in
 the Buddy List window from these other groups to a single "Facebook" group
 and deleted the then empty groups, again in the Buddy List window.

 This works until I next restart the PC, at which point it pulls all the
 groups again.

 Is there a way to change this behaviour and save the changes to the Buddy
 list?

 Setup:
 Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 connected to Windows 2008 SP1 R2 Domain
 Full Admin/Domain Admin account permissions
 Pidgin 2.7.11
