trac accounts

Dear translators,
it is very difficult for me when accounts are deleted after a ticket is
posted.  While the odds that someone else would register the same user
name are low, it is possible.  I dislike it.  I would also like the
ability to respond in ticket to any issues, such as a patch not applying
or a po file having errors in it.

Please keep your accounts around.
